This policy explains how Hakila collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information, and the rights you have over that information.
1. Information We Collect
Account info (email, phone, sign-in method); usage data (projects you create, generated images, prompts, credit usage); technical data (IP, browser, action logs); payment info (handled by third-party payment platforms — we do not store full card numbers).
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the Service; process subscriptions and billing; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal requirements; send product updates with your consent.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: (a) with your explicit authorization; (b) with necessary service providers (cloud storage, AI models, payment channels); (c) as required by law or valid legal process.
4. Storage & Retention
Account and project data is stored on Alibaba Cloud China. After you delete your account, related data is removed from production within 30 days (backups are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery, then destroyed).
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information from Settings → Account, or by emailing privacy@hakila.com. We respond within 15 business days.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use necessary cookies to maintain sign-in state and user preferences. Canvas drafts are cached in browser localStorage (not uploaded to the server unless you click save).
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users 16 and older. If a minor has registered without guardian consent, contact us to delete the account.
8. International Data Transfer
Data of users in mainland China is stored in China by default. International users' data may be stored in regions designated by service providers. We follow compliant cross-border data transfer practices.
9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
